At Waveform, we stand behind the quality of our premium audio and electronic gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your Waveform account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
